Ummm... Not sure what do.
1. Run malware scanners and change any vulnerable passwords.
2. (you can skip step 1)change your password for your email if you feel unsafe.
3. (you can skip steps 1 and 2) Go to the provided link and verify your information with blizzard, then change your password and resume play.
It happened when you playin SC II from different places/IPs.
No worries, just happened to me few times this month, because of using proxy.
1. Goto this link Unlock Account
2. Open your email. They'll send you the link for reset password.
3. Login to your SEA account first!
4. Host some NM & don't TK anyone.. LOL.
5. Go to NA & recruit more members for the clan
Says I have to contact Customer Support. God knows how long that will take >.<
I think that you need to change your password to unlock it (which also entails you knowing your secret question/answer and/or any one of your Blizzard game CD Keys). It locked my account as well for some stupid Diablo III/WoW thing eventhough I don't have either games.
What Yuey said. I'm pretty sure changing the password will remove the lock
Edit: Make your password harder to guess. Use numbers and caps.
It was already hard to guess o;
Blizzard reported not long ago that hackers got into their security system and stole some email data and encrypted passwords (nothing that could get your actual account hacked though, apparently). If you notice that "Blizzard Entertainment" has sent you emails about account locking because of attempts to sell accounts or some shit, its probably a fake.
This site is helpful, basically:
Would be a good time to set a secret question and answer if you didn't have one before. And an authenticator too if you're into that.
Stop being so tempting to thieves.
If you get wrong answer to secret question, either wait for customer service or hit "back" and do question again.
I get that message so often since I access battle net support from my phone and various pcs. Like 8 times in the last month.
They forced me to get an authentication device and the locking of my account has stopped since then
I retried my answer 3 times because I couldn't remember what my exact answer was. I think it doesn't lock it up immediately if you get it wrong.
Yeah last week that happen to me but idk why if only use SC2 in one cpu and one or two lags modems; they force me to change passwords and other thing; man Im too lazy for write passwords more to 8 characters so I put in a notebook.
And remember, your passwords security isn't increased with case sensitivity on the battle.net 2.0 (Yes, I am serious blizzard seems to store passwords in a way that makes case sensitivity irrelevant and then they make us get an authenticator Hah!)
