    This closed thread lists major updates to Night of the Dead. We won't list every minor detail because it detracts the focus from useful information. While we will do our best to document all the changes we find material, we reserve the judgment to make the call on this. We may also sometimes leave things you find material out unintentionally and we apologize in advance. Examples of changes that won't be documented:
    - Aesthetic updates
    - Confidential anti-hack measures or security improvements
    - Small terrain or tooltip changes

    As pace of change is slowing down with NOTD at steady state, will post here regularly on updates so that we can track them long-term. Am not assigning a version number as NOTD's map version is different across all servers.

    - Chemical Leak mission XP reward increased from 5 to 8 XP. Performance bonus reward increased from 2 to 5 XP. Successful completion will also reward a H-3 Canister. (MissHumpz/NiteShade)
    - Nightmare Mode magazine spawn rate reduced by 10%
    - Demolition's Sap cooldown reduced from 20 to 12 seconds
    - Chemical Expert's Chemical Plating range increased from 3 to 5. Movement debuff from each poison stack increased from 3 to 4%.
    - Titan's base damage increased from 65 to 70
    - Mobile Infantry Flamethrower base movespeed increased from 2.1 to 2.25. Base HP regen increased from 0.25 to 0.75.
    - Lag issue with Supply Station fixed
    - Implementing Battlefield Intelligence (X-V) to Forward Observer as base ability over next few patches. 12 Energy active ability that gives target unit +3 sight range for 60 seconds. Target unit's sight range cannot be reduced below 5 while buffed.
    - Chem Leak mission spawns are no longer indefinite
    - Forward Observer's Gunship energy cost reduced from 65 to 60
    - FO's Surveillance Flare is 2x more accurate when Forward Observer has Battlefield Intelligence.
    - Zeus and Leto's turn rate increased
    - Fixed a bug preventing Tartarus from being captured by ability-based stuns.
    - All Sentry Turrets now revert to neutral when HAL is destroyed in Sec Team storyline

    - Medic's Restoration no longer causes hitboxes to expand
    - Life regeneration delay increased from 0 to 0.5 seconds for all Classes except Demolitions, Assault, Technician and Flamethrower.
    - Black Ops' attacks have a 33% chance to cause Open Wounds in Nightmare
    - Fixed a bug where Psi Ops was immune to her own Psionic Tempest. (Blaqk)
    - Fixed a bug where Psi Ops could use Mind Link on Pets. (Blaqk)
    - Minor update on EC start sequence to improve new player learning.

    - Ailments now last 20% longer in Nightmare mode and 20% shorter in Recruit mode
    - Slither updated. Base movespeed increased from 1.3 to 1.4. Base HP increased from 500 to 550. Base HP regen increased from 10 to 15.
    - Earning Medal of Honor now rewards +25 XP to all players. Credit pool award increased from 200 to 300.

    - Tartarus movespeed in Sec Team storyline increased by 20% when they turn active from dormant state
    - Forward Observer is now targetable by abilities when using Gunship (Niktos)
    - Hades' blood wheel base damage increased from 18 to 22
    - Hades boss fight no longer automatically starts. Squad will have to travel to boss fight area to begin sequence.
    - Each surviving Devastator at end of Sec Team B (Hades) storyline now awards 5 extra XP to all players
    - Predator now available to all players. No longer unlocked at 500 XP.
    - Forward Observer's Gunship Gauss Cannon radius increased from 1.25 to 1.5. Fixed some tooltip inconsistencies.

    - Heart of the Swarm mod dependency added into NOTD
    - Magazine crate model updated
    - Anti-Venom crate model updated
    - Gate west of Bio-Dome A now automatically unlocks when EC and Sec Team Dome missions begin
    - Sec Team storyline IVAX mission will only start when entire team arrives at IVAX's location
    - Psi Ops' Inception combat damage buff reduced from +200% to +150%
    - Total Wins in End Game UI now correctly adds Speed and Nightmare Speed wins into count. (Blaqk)
    - Fixed an error with Gauss Rifle and Assault Rifle tooltips not showing correct reload times
    - UA420 Assault Rifle base reload time increased from 2.5 to 2.8 seconds

    - Updated Field Nexus' base model from Dark Immortal to Widow Mine. Talent button images updated.
    - Updated Zeus and Leto's base model from Ultralisk to PrimalZergMeleeHeavy
    - Leto's base HP increased from 3000 to 3500
    - Zeus and Leto respawn mechanic activation threshold reduced from 1700 to 1600 Squad Rating
    - Survival Mode XP unlock reduced from 5,000 to 1,000 XP

    - Possible fix for Baneling not auto-exploding upon impact. Have set Explode ability on auto-cast. Requires testing.
    - Communications Tower mission will now correctly fail when 4 minutes have passed. Failure results in 3 Rating loss.
    - Guardian of the Beta model updated from Zealot to Dark Zealot (RoboMonkey)
    - Eileithya model updated from Overlord to OverlordXPReward (RoboMonkey)
    - Updated base HP handicap for zombies. 0-3 players reduced from 90 to 88. 4-6 players reduced from 100 to 92. 7-8 players remain unchanged at 110.

    - Zeus and Leto now have the correct death animations for their new models. (Marcus)
    - Button Highlights (newbie guide) will no longer show in Easy Company if there are no players less than 2,000 XP in game. (Lolurisk)
    - Zombie base HP handicap for 7 player games reduced from 110 to 105
    - Field Nexus size increased by 30% (NiteShade)
    - Field Nexus now has proper death model/sound and unit wireframe. (NiteShade)
    - Plasma Discharge denotation time reduced from 5 to 3.5 seconds. (NiteShade)

    - Fixed an exploit with Security Camera mob spawns
    - UA420 Assault Rifle updated. Attack speed reduced from 0.5 to 0.75. Base damage increased from 15 to 24. Damage bonus to Massive/Armored/Structure increased from 7 to 12. Splash radius reduced from 1.2 to 0.75. Base range increased from 14 to 15. Armor penetration improved from 0.7 to 0.5. (nex_/Blaqk/Ability)
    - Updated UA420 Assault Rifle attack sound. Subject to testing and fine-tuning in next few patches.
    - Eos and Seth's HP now scale better with number of players

    - Winning the game with all players alive now awards additional 5 XP and a 40 Credit Pool distributed to all players. (Miracle)
    - In Nightmare mode, creep spawned by Infestor death is now permanent
    - Wraith model updated from Mutalisk to MutaliskEx1B
    - Wraith updated. Base HP increased from 120 to 140. Base movespeed reduced from 2.6 to 2.5. Now has Corrosive Acid attack. Each attack applies a 'Corrosive Acid' debuff that lasts for 15 seconds and reduces Shield/Life Armor by 1. Stacks up to 5 times.
    - Engineer's Field Probe updated. Movement acceleration increased from 2.5 to 200. Base Energy reduced from 175 to 150.
    - Shell Mode energy regeneration bonus increased from 0.4 to 0.5
    - Predator Blink range increased from 8 to 10

    - Zeus and Leto's death animations should now work correctly on low/medium graphic settings. Requires further testing. (Arath)
    - NOTD Teamspeak server no longer requires password
    - Engineer's Repair now has a 33% chance/second to fix Short Circuit, instead of an instant fix.
    - Engineer's X-1 Guardian veterancy leveling updated from flat 600 XP per level to 300/350/400/450/500/550/600/650/.../1000 capped at Level 14.
    - Ammo command (-ammo/-a) now also shows total Magazines used. Display format is 'Player: Magazines Equipped (Magazines Used)'
    - Shell Mode energy regeneration bonus increased from 0.5 to 0.6
    - Engineer's Static Field damage increased from 20 to 25
    - Fixed a bug where reloading with High-Capacity Ammo and 1 Magazine equipped granted 1 extra free magazine. (BiggyMoore)
    - XP award from killing Guardian of the Beta increased from 50 to 60. Killing it in Nightmare mode now awards 90 XP.
    - Survival Mode now has additional creep spawns in Nightmare
    - Survival Mode now has additional magazine drops in Waves 35 and 40.
    - Corrosive Acid duration increased from 15 to 30 seconds
    - Engineer's Field Probe updated. Can now attack air units. Armor penetration improved from 1 to 0.5
    - Field Probe's Penetrate duration increased from 5 to 8 seconds. Armor debuff reduced from 5 to 4.

    - Demo's I'm Your Father taunt now correctly runs through its entire duration. (Blaqk)
    - Assault's Taunt now pulses every 0.5 seconds instead of every 1 second, similar to Demo's I'm Your Father. (Blaqk)
    - Huggers removed from Comms Tower spawn wave in Nightmare mode. (Blaqk)
    - Comms Tower spawn radius increased
    - Stinger and L3 Grenade Launcher purchase cost increased from 250 to 325 Credits. (Blaqk)
    - Additional Magazines are now airdropped when Chem Leak mission is successfully completed
    - Ambient spawns in Sec Team updated. Stranglers are now 2x less common. Wraiths are now 2x more common.
    - Wraith base armor increased from 0 to 1
    - Black Ops updated. Base movespeed increased from 2.3 to 2.4. Base armor increased from 2 to 3. Will use its defensive abilities slightly more frequently now.
    - Leveling a Predator (or any alternate variant) to Level 10 now grants 5 XP

    - Guardian of the Beta updated. Now cliffwalks. Base movespeed reduced from 3 to 2.3. Now deals 3x more damage to non-Heroic. (ChuckWing)
    - Destructible debris now set to Benign state and won't be automatically targeted by weapons. Requires testing.
    - Agrons can no longer spawn on top of Hero Marines in Comm Tower mission. (Blaqk)
    - Engineer's Sigma cooldown reduced from 15 to 12 seconds
    - Optimized zombie spawn triggers across most storylines

    - Heavy Machine Gun reload speed reduced from 6 to 5 seconds. (Blaqk)
    - Improved Chinese translations for China Server map. (Miracle)
    - Pet Lightning Field updated. Damage radius increased from 1.4 to 1.5. Cooldown increased from 0.3 to 0.5. Energy Cost increased from 1 to 2. Damage increased from 20 to 30.
    - Damage increase from X-1 Guardian leveling increased from +2.5% to +3.5% each level
    - Engineer's Synergy now works correctly. (Blaqk)

    - All storylines now unlocked at 0 XP in June/July 2014 to celebrate NOTD's 4th year anniversary. This will also allow easier Rock the Cabinet contest testing.
    - Commando/Psi Ops unlock requirement reduced from '80k XP or 10k XP/1700 Rating' to '10k XP or 5k xp/1700 Rating'
    - Engineer/Pathfinder unlock requirement reduced from '40k XP or 10k XP/1600 Rating' to '5k XP or 2.5k xp/1700 Rating'
    - Psi Ops' Psionic Tempest updated. Initial cast energy cost reduced from 20 to 15. Range increased from 12 to 18.
    - Psi Ops' Ravaging Phantoms now have 150% HP of their base unit.
    - Creep size from Infestor death increased from 2x2 to 5x5
    - Fixed armor names for many zombies
    - Tactical Nuke, Crowbar and Volatile Injection can no longer permanently kill Immortals

    - Cerberus updated. Attack animation updated (no longer using same weapon as Agron). Attack range increased from 1.2 to 2.5. Attack speed reduced from 1 to 1.2.

    - Replays are now working correctly. Requires testing.
    - Enemy HP scaling mechanic changed from Player Handicap to Behavior. Requires testing.
    - Removed enemy HP scaling update (-3% HP) when a player dies. This was affecting the current HP of zombies. (Onslaughter)
    - Fixed a display issue where an Assault's starting 40 mags displayed as 30. (Marcus)

    - Sub Machine-Gun updated. Attack speed reduced from 0.22 to 0.3. Armor penetration improved from 1.5 to 1. (Blaqk)
    - Added ramp and fixed terrain on platform at top right of map (solves an AC cheese) (Blaqk)
    - Moved "Dome" doodad above Civ Rescue location down a bit to fix a Cronus Survival cheese (Blaqk)
    - Updated Psi Ops' Tempest. Instead of doing 85 Damage at 5 Energy every 1 second, it now does 42.5 Damage at 2.5 Energy every 0.5 seconds. (Blaqk)
    - Rewrote team HUD creation codes using local variables with preset dimensions and built buttons based on the actual team HUD dialog's location (Miracle)
    - Implemented proper non-locale specific text centering for Medals and Stats button on team HUD, which can also be used in a similar fashion for other interfaces (Miracle)
    - Properly centered health bar percentage text (Miracle)
    - Removed unnecessary 'repeat' draws for colouring HUD (Miracle)
    - Moved team HUD up to avoid being overlapped by social and community buttons (Miracle)
    - Moved marine portraits up slightly to avoid overlapping problem with last marine overlapping team HUD border (Miracle)
    - Removed buggy 'Hide Medals' button for players under 2000 experience (Miracle)
    - Fixed issue with Primary Objective/Bonus Objective text positioning (originally Primary Objective is slightly more to the right compared to Bonus Objective) (Miracle)
    - Fixed issue with map showing errors about HackerBoundryCheck trying to access out of bounds data, when testing with single player
    - Fixed Zeus and Leto's walking animation speed
