    IC Rework:
    Stormtrooper

    Previously known as the Fortitude Demolitions, and very nearly known as the Destroyer due to an in-joke over the translation of the unofficial Chinese NOTD upload. Intended to be the offensive cousin of the Assault who can do some off-tanking as needed, but is more focused on killing enemies rather than enduring them. Good for tanking mobs, not likely to be good at tanking bosses.

    It should be noted that I'm doing away with "taunt types". If an enemy is taunted, it's forced to attack the target, period.

    Talent Description:
    Taunting enemies lowers their Movement Speed by 75% for 0.5 seconds.

    Ability Name: Reactive Spikes
    Ability Button Description:
    Enemies that attack the Stormtrooper take 15 damage per attack for 10 seconds.
    Ability Cost: 25 Energy
    Ability Cooldown: 15 Seconds

    Effect:
    See Button Description. Works for Ranged attacks.

    Talent Name: Pain is Good
    Talent Description:
    Increases the duration by 1 second per hit. Duration cannot exceed 10 seconds.

    Talent Name: Oncoming Storm
    Talent Description:
    Increases Reactive Spikes' damage by 1 per hit.
    Effect:
    See Description. There is no limit on how much damage can be added.

    Talent Name: Power Surge
    Talent Description:
    The Stormtrooper gains 1 Energy per hit while Reactive Spikes is active.
    Effect:

    Ability Name: Shockwave
    Ability Button Description:
    Deals 150 damage to nearby enemies.
    Ability Cost: 15 Energy
    Ability Cooldown: 8 Seconds

    Area of effect from 2.5 to 3.5.

    Shockwave restores 1 Shield for each enemy hit.

    Ability Name: Ultra Capacitors [Passive]
    Ability Button Description:
    The Stormtrooper is Armored while their Shields are active, but will lose the Armored status if their Shields are depleted.

    Increases Maximum Shields by 20.
    Effect:

    Talent Name: Jumpstart
    Talent Description:
    Reduces Shield Regeneration Delay by 50%.
    Effect:
    Shield Regeneration Delay from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.

    Talent Name: Bounce Back
    Talent Description:
    Increases Shield Regeneration Rate by 50%.
    Effect:
    Increases Shield Regeneration from 1 to 1.5.


    ULTIMATES
    Ability Name:
    Thunderball Fists
    Ability Description:
    A toggle ability that increases Movement Speed significantly and equips the Thunderball Fists, a powerful melee weapon that has splash damage and can hit air units.

    “For success, it's essential! Thunder and Lightning aura!"
    Ability Button Description:
    Toggle ON:
    Increases Movement Speed by 30% and equips the Thunderball Fists weapon. The currently equipped weapon will be disabled while Thunderball Fists is active.

    Damage: 50
    Attack Speed: 0.2
    Splash Radius: 1.5
    Range: 1.2 (Ground and Air)

    Toggle OFF:
    Disable Thunderball Fists, equipping normal weapons and returning Movement Speed to normal.
    Ability Cost: 2 Energy per Second

    Ability Filters: Self
    Effect:
    See Button Description. The Thunderball Fists weapon deals full damage within its splash radius and can hit both ground and air units.

    Ability Name: Bulwark
    Ability Description:
    Focuses the Stormtrooper's shields, reducing damage taken by 50% from that direction, but increasing damage taken by 50% from the unprotected side.

    “Mind your flanks. A shield is useless if not pointed in the right direction.”
    Ability Button Description:
    Create a directional barrier that reduces damage dealt through it by 50%. Damage taken from the unprotected side is increased by 50%.

    Cast on Ground to face the barrier in the chosen direction.
    Cast on Unit to have the barrier track the target.
    Cast on Self to disable the barrier and return your shields to normal.

    Effect:
    See Button Description. When the subject of a Cast on Unit dies, the barrier remains facing the last position it was in before the target died.

    CHANGELOG
    • Shields and Health rebalanced. Instead of 80/180, the Stormtrooper now has 100/100.
    • Ultra Capacitors adjusted. It is now in-line with the new Armored system and the other adjustments to Shields (such as adding a regeneration delay).
    • Static passive ability was replaced by an active ability, Reactive Spikes. This was partially done to give the Stormtrooper a full compliment of Active abilities, but also to re-integrate the shield spikes that everyone loved from NOTD.
