    Chapter: Chapter 1
    Mission Name: The Garden (Part 2: Rescue Mission)
    Description:
    The players are tasked with rescuing a Peacekeeper Sergeant and some civilians.
    Details:
    This mission is dependent on if any civilians remain from the previous mission.

    Civilians Surviving:
    Chief Strassner: We got separated from one of my Sergeants in the commotion.
    Chief Strassner: They’re still out there, but I must keep these people safe.

    Player: We understand.

    Primary Objective: Rescue the Civilians.

    At this time, the Sergeant Peacekeeper and 15 civilians should spawn in a location group other than the one Strassner spawned in (so if Strassner spawned in the Lab, the Sergeant and the civilians will spawn using PK City or PK Development, so on and so forth). Whatever remains of the original Peacekeeper spawn will remain at the original location and defend it, retaining the anti-stray mechanics of Chapter 1.

    If the Sergeant and the Civilians die before a player arrives:
    Show Spoiler
    Chief Strassner: Argus, they’re dead.
    Chief Strassner: Get back as soon as you can. We still have to save these people.


    Objective Failed: Rescue the Civilians.
    Primary Objective: Return to Chief Strassner.


    Upon a player moving within 6 radius of Strassner, the mission ends.

    Objective Complete: Return to Chief Strassner.

    Mission Rewards: +3 Rank Experience, +100 Unit Experience


    When a player moves within 6 radius of the Sergeant and the civilians:

    Player: UGC! Come with us!
    Sergeant: Don’t have to tell me twice!


    Objective Complete: Rescue the Civilians.
    Primary Objective: Return to Strassner.


    The player that arrived there first gains control of the civilians, and the Sergeant remains an AI-controlled unit that stays close to the civilians.

    If all of the civilians and the Sergeant die in transit:
    Player: We’ve taken heavy casualties. The civilians are dead.
    Chief Strassner: Get back as soon as you can. We still have to save these people.

    Upon a player moving within 6 radius of Strassner, the mission ends.

    Objective Complete: Return to Strassner.

    Mission Rewards: +4 Rank Experience, +150 Unit Experience


    When the player controlled civilians come within 6 range:
    Chief Strassner: Thank goodness you’ve made it.

    Control of the civilians is transferred to Eden Residents and the civilians group up. The mission ends shortly thereafter.

    Objective Complete: Return to Strassner.

    Mission Rewards: +5 Rank Experience, +200 Unit Experience



    No Civilians Surviving:
    Chief Strassner: We got separated from one of my Sergeants in the commotion.
    Chief Strassner: They’re protecting a band of civilians. We should link up with them.

    Player: Alright, let’s move out.

    Primary Objective: Rescue the Civilians.

    Strassner should choose a non-Scout player and follow them closely, similar to how Ogilvy functions in NOTD.

    If the Sergeant and the Civilians die before the player arrives:

    Chief Strassner: Damnit! DAMNIT! They’re dead!
    Chief Strassner: This happened because you didn’t get your asses in gear!


    Objective Failed: Rescue the Civilians.

    Mission Rewards: +50 Unit Experience


    When a player moves within 6 radius of the Sergeant and the civilians:

    Chief Strassner: Everybody out! Come on, let’s go!

    Objective Complete: Rescue the Civilians.

    The Civilians and Sergeant begin following Strassner. The mission ends shortly thereafter.

    Mission Rewards: +5 Rank Experience, +200 Unit Experience
