So got a Bee today but I have a slight problem. Namely it partially recharges and then stops charging for no apparent reason. any idea what is up with it?
That happens to me with some shields. I have no idea why that happens.
hey shooz i got a shield for you its got massive capacity
the biggest thing for large shields like that being the team medic is a high recharge rate.
does 150k shield sound nice?

You know what's a ton of fun? Deciding "fuck it" after playing a conservative Axton and a melee Zer0 and playing a Salvador whose only purpose is to shoot as many bullets as possible at things.

As a result, I got my grubby little hands on the skill descriptions for all skills in Krieg's skill trees. Ain't I a stinker? Unfortunately because the dude in the video didn't actually level anything, I'm not wholly sure what does and doesn't have multiple ranks, so you'll have to use logic to figure that one out by yourselves.
Buzz Axe Rampage
Press ACTION to start your Buzz Axe Rampage. During Buzz Axe Rampage your Melee damage and Movement Speed is increased.
Killing an enemy instantly refills your Health.
Taking damage accelerates Cooldown Recharge.
Throw Axe: Hold Aim, then Fire
Melee Damage: 500%
Cooldown: 120 seconds
Dealing damage to an enemy adds a stack of Bloodlust. Stacks decay after a few seconds if you haven’t dealt damage.
Blood Twitch – Kill Skill
Killing an enemy increases your Weapon Swap Speed for each stack of Bloodlust.
Weapon Swap Speed per stack: +0.3%
Max Bloodlust Stacks: 100
Magazine Size of all weapons increased for each stack of Bloodlust.
Magazine Size per stack: +0.5%
Max Bloodlust Stacks: 100
Blood Overdrive – Kill Skill
Killing an enemy with a bullet increases your Melee Damage and reduces Grenade Fuse Time for each stack of Bloodlust.
Melee damage/Stack: +0.5%
Fuse Time/Stack: -0.005 sec
Assault Rifle Damage during Fight For Your Life increased for each stack of Bloodlust.
Damage per stack: +0.3%
Taste of Blood
During Buzz Axe Rampage, all damage you suffer is reduced. Damage reduction is increased for each stack of Bloodlust.
Killing an enemy during Buzz Axe Rampage adds extra stacks of Bloodlust.
Max Damage Reduction: +10%
Bloodlust Stacks per kill: +10
Blood Bath - Kill Skill
Killing an enemy with a grenade or explosion increases Weapon Damage for each stack of Bloodlust. An enemy killed this way has a greater chance to drop grenade ammo.
Weapon Damage/Stack: +0.5%
Grenade Drop Chance: 15%
Buzz Axe Bombardier
When thrown, your buzz axe now has Dynamite attached to it which explodes on impact.
Next level: Axe go BOOM!
Fuel the Blood – Kill Skill
Killing an enemy with melee increases Grenade Damage for each stack of Bloodlust and adds bonus stacks to Bloodlust.
Grenade damage/Stack: +0.2%
Bloodlust Stacks: +2
Increases the time before Bloodlust stacks start to decay
Stack Hold Time: +0.5 sec
Duration of Buzz Axe Rampage is increased for each stack of Bloodlust at the time of activation.
Rampage time per stack: +0.05
Nervous Blood – Kill Skill
Killing an enemy increases your Reload Speed for each stack of Bloodlust
Reload Speed per stack: +0.3%
Killing an enemy causes them to explode with an Elemental Nova matching the element of the damage that killed it (Non-elemental damage will cause an explosive nova). Nova damage is increased for each stack of Bloodlust.
Any Overkill Damage is also added to damage caused by an Elemental Nova.
Damage/Stack added to Nova: 5%
Empty the Rage
Melee Damage increased.
Additional bonus damage if your shield is down or when your magazine is empty.
Melee Damage +4%
Shield/Mag Bonus: +10%
Pull the Pin
When you die, you drop a free grenade. If you kill an enemy with it, you get double XP.

Maximum Health and Shield Recharge Delay increased.

Fuel the Rampage
Taking damage recharges Buzz Axe Rampage at a faster rate. Taking health damage increases the bonus even further.
You can now be damaged by teammates.

Embrace the Pain
Fire Rate is increased when your shields are down.
Shield Recharge Delay increased.
Fire Rate: +7%
Shield Recharge Delay: +1 sec
Thrill of the Kill
A percentage of Overkill Damage (damage that is over and above what was needed to kill the enemy) is returned to you as Health. The lower your health the higher the percentage.
Returns up to 50% of Overkill damage done as Health.
Light the Fuse
Fight For Your Life is replaced with Light the Fuse. During Light the Fuse you pull out a live bundle o dynamite and can move normally. The bundle detonates when the timer runs out. If you kill someone you are revived.
Getting a revive with the bundle explosion gives you bonus Movement Speed for the remainder of the time that was left in Light the Fuse.
Throw Dynamite sticks with Fire. Detonate bundle by holding Action.
Bundle Kill Movement Speed: +40%
Strip the Flesh
Explosive Elemental Damage increased.
Bonus increased when in Fight For Your Life.
Explosive Damage: +3%
Fight For Your Life Bonus: +3%
Salt the Wound
Taking damage from an enemy while your shield is down adds a stack of Salt the Wound.
Melee and Shotgun Damage increased for each stack.
Melee Dmg per Stack: +1.5%
Shotgun Dmg per Stack: +1%
Max Stacks: 20
Redeem the Soul
You can instantly Revive down teammates. After reviving a teammate in this way you must Fight For Your Life. You may revive in this way only once each time Buzz axe Rampage is on cooldown.
Increased time during Fight For Your Life.
Fight For Your Life time: +50%
Silence the Voices
Melee Damage significantly increased.
Chance when performing a melee attack that you attack yourself.
Melee Damage: +50%
Chance to Attack Self: +12%
Release the Beast
Activating the Buzz Axe Rampage when at or below 33% of your max health remaining instantly refills your health and transforms you into a Badass Psycho Mutant. You deal increased Melee Damage and receive significant damage reduction for the duration of the rampage.
When you return to normal, your Buzz Axe Rampage is instantly recharged.
(There is an ! next to the health bar when below 33%.)

Damage Reduction: +50%
Chance to light yourself on fire when igniting the enemy.
Burn, Baby, Burn
Burn Damage increased. Effects further increased while you are on fire.
Burn Damage: +7%
Additional On Fire Bonus: +15%

Killing an enemy increases your chance of causing Elemental Effects
Elemental Effect Chance: +40%

Pain is Power
Weapon Damage increased on all weapons except sniper rifles.
Critical Hit Damage Bonus reduced on all weapons.
Melee Damage increased.
Effects increased while you are on fire.
Weapon and Melee Damage: +5%
Critical Hit Damage: -5%
On fire Bonus: 10%
All damage received is reduced while you are on fire.
Damage Reduction: +10%
When Elemetnal Status Effect Damage is being done to enemies you gain stacks of Elemental Elation.
Fire Rate and Magazine Size increased for each stack of Elemental Elation. Stacks will not decay while you are on fire.
Next Level: Fire rate per stack: +1.0%
Mag Size per stack: +1.0%
Max Stacks: 20
All Elemental Status Effects you cause have a chance to light yourself on fire.
Ignite chances are determined by those accumulated from Burn, Baby, Burn and Fuel the Fire.
(Elemental Status Effects are damage over time from Corrosive, Electrocute, Slag, or Burn damage.)
Melee Attacks have a chance to Ignite enemies.
Weapon Accuracy and Reload Speed increased while you are on fire.

Im playing the Booty DLC atm if anyone wants to run in. Level 50 mando and leveling as I mess around. Mainly shooting rockets at tiny creeps and stuff. RUnning over worms.THE USUAL OKAY.
