/a/ is actually pretty good at giving you ideas on what series would be good to watch per season IF you can manage to keep enough brain cells intact wading through all the garbage in there. :p

I do a pretty good job of picking shows I'll like, but I'm not a fan of talking about them. Occasionally I'll watch something awesome like monster though and comment on it.

/a/ found me Narutaru though, which was pretty awesome though. If you haven't watched narutaru or don't know anything about it, let me just tell you it's the most fucked up anime I've ever seen. Here's the OP.

    "Mindless" fun anime? Watching now.

If you haven't already, watch Cromartie Highschool.
    I also recommend the manga

And if you enjoy Mayo, Loli's & Ass, Vividred Operation meets all of your needs.

I'll recommend Inferno Cop if you need to wipe that last bit of life off of your soul.

GJ-bu is medicine for the soul. Nothing better than club room skits featuring The all mighty B. But if you have a dislike for all in all, nothing happens, then it isn't really the thing for you.

I'm about to marathon K in prep for the upcoming season, and I guess I'm looking forward to Dog Days and Devil Survivor 2.

Also Gintama. That series is like "offtopic thread the series".

And then it also features a 'true' storyline which I find quite good, in a generic shonen sense.

I kinda wished Sword Art Online just focused more on its MMORPG characteristics instead of what it turned out doing.

While the "Romance" isn't terribly out of place, it kinda felt strange, and I couldn't really enjoy it. I would've preferred it being daily life in a MMORPG, as I enjoyed the first quarter of it much more than any other portion.
